Video Editing & Social Media VA – Canva, Reels & Later.com (EST Time Zone Required)

We are seeking a Video Editing & Social Media Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves editing videos, designing clean and modern visuals in Canva, and knows how to schedule social posts using Later.com. You will work directly with the content we provide and bring it to life across our social platforms.

Responsibilities:
? Edit videos we provide (short-form Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
? Create visually engaging social media posts in Canva using brand assets and templates.
? Schedule and publish content on Later.com for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
? Organize content folders in Google Drive and maintain clear file naming conventions.
? Keep up with visual trends in the beauty, wellness, and holistic skincare industry.
? Collaborate with our team to support launches, campaigns, and educational content.

Required Skills:
???? Video Editing – Comfortable using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar.
???? Graphic Design – Proficient with Canva for creating posts, stories, and banners.
???? Content Scheduling – Experience using Later.com or similar scheduling tools.
???? Organization – Able to manage digital assets, stay on top of timelines, and work independently.
???? English Fluency – Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Bonus Skills (not required but appreciated):
???? Experience in skincare, esthetics, beauty, or wellness brands.
???? Understanding of social media analytics.
???? Familiarity with Shopify or product-based businesses.
