TikTok Video Sourcer for Glow Up YouTube Channel- $30/Project

Hi! I run a YouTube channel focused on glow-up, skincare, and beauty content for a young female demographic.

I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented TikTok Video Sourcer with a great eye for the US "that girl" aesthetic. Your job will be to read my voiceover scripts and find the perfect, high-quality TikTok clips to match the narration visually.

Your Workflow:

I will provide you with a completed video script.

You will copy the script into a Google Doc.

You will hunt down the perfect TikTok videos that visually represent what is being said in the script.

You will paste the TikTok link directly next to or underneath the corresponding line in the script, ensuring the video changes roughly every 4 words.

STRICT Clip Requirements (Please read carefully):

The Vibe: Must fit the US "Clean Girl/That Girl" / Aesthetic vibe.

Target Demographic: Videos must feature everyday relatable girls (White, Black, Latina, etc.) that match a US audience.

Zero Text: All clips MUST be high-quality/HD and have NO words or text overlays on the screen.

No Talking Heads: Avoid clips of people talking directly to the camera or lip-syncing.

No Celebrities/Mega-Influencers: Use everyday creators. Do not use highly recognizable celebrities.

Emotions & Expressions: Sometimes add clips showing facial expressions and emotions (e.g., looking frustrated about bad skin, looking happy about a product) rather than just blank stares.

Repetition Limits: You may repeat a creator's TikTok one extra time per video, but the two clips must look completely different.

The Ideal Candidate:

Has a strong understanding of TikTok and current beauty/skincare aesthetics.

Has incredible attention to detail (can follow the strict rules above without being micromanaged).

Is highly organized and communicative.
