Square 1 Group is on the hunt for a talented Video Content Creator / Scriptwriter with a flair for crafting engaging and compelling scripts specifically designed for YouTube videos and Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of storytelling, audience engagement strategies, and the distinct characteristics of each platform to maximize impact. Position Details:

Job Title: Video Content Creator / Scriptwriter
Salary: $7/h
Location: Remote
Type: Part time with opportunity to shift to full time based on skills

Key Responsibilities:
Develop original, engaging scripts for YouTube videos and Instagram Reels, aligning with our brand's voice and marketing goals.
Understand audience demographics and preferences to tailor content that maximizes viewer engagement and shares.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate ideas and themes for video content that supports overall marketing strategies.
Continuously research and stay up-to-date with trends on YouTube and Instagram to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.
Work closely with video editors and producers to ensure the final content aligns with the initial script and marketing objectives.

Requirements:
Proven experience in writing scripts for video content, with a portfolio showcasing successful YouTube videos and/or Instagram Reels.
Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and how to craft messages that engage and retain the audience's attention.
Excellent research skills to keep content innovative, fresh, and in tune with current trends.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating video content that drives engagement.
