VA for Influencer and Social Media Researcher in the Finance Industry

IHR Accountants is looking to hire a VA to help its CEO with influencer and social media research. This includes but is not limited to finding podcasts, Facebook groups, influencers, directories, masterminds, and other communities.

The ideal VA must have worked in the Finance industry before, as it is important they at least have a decent understanding of the space.


Responsibilities:

Research and Identify Influencers: Conduct thorough research to identify potential influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Linkedin, and others that align with our brand values and target audience.

Outreach and Negotiation: Reach out to influencers through emails or direct messages, negotiate terms, and manage contracts for collaborations.

Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop influencer marketing strategies and campaigns. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of these campaigns.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing and future collaborations.

Content Coordination: Coordinate with influencers to ensure content is on-brand, creative, and aligns with marketing goals.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of influencer partnerships using key metrics. Provide reports on ROI and insights for future strategy development.


Qualifications:


At least two years of expertise conducting research and comprehending how to work efficiently and effectively with good communication are required.

At a high level, candidates must read and write English.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.

Proven experience in influencer outreach, PR, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

Hours needed: 40 hours per week. Full-time available. Shift schedules to be discussed but more likely working in the US Time Zone.
