VA and Marketing expert

We're looking for a well-rounded VA to initially support with the marketing and lead generation for an online EFL programme (education) for adults, mainly through on-demand strategies, while looking to create an evergreen traffic strategy as well.

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position, the programme or the team. The position will start at 20-25 hours/week.

This posting is for an audition. We will be selecting 3-5 candidates to hire for a test project. After seeing your work, we'll choose who to bring on to the team. C1 level English is a must. Use 5 Apply Points to apply.

The successful candidate has a track record of successful and effective FB ads, including but not limited to:
- strategy,
- graphics/videos,
- setup conversion pixel,
- launching ads

and will support with a series of other activities including
- email and webinar marketing,
- repurposing emails for social media marketing
- email integration, sequencing and workflow setups
- designing landing and thank you pages (copy provided)
- weekly admin (internal - emails and FB group for the programme's community)
- editing videos

After the launch, the successful candidate will continue to support consistently as above, and be willing to be trained and/or to learn about and take on new projects, like email and software platform migrations, and improving our YouTube channel's performance through SEO, quality and relevant backlinks, keyword research, analytics, tags and promotion.

We are looking for an excellent, detail-oriented communicator and a committed individual with a genuine interest in professional and personal development.
