Requirements:
* Proven experience managing vacation rentals on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and Hostaway.
* Experience in short-term/ mid-term rental management.
* Strong organizational and communication skills - especially the ability to follow up with guests and the team on issues.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle emergency situations in a professional manner
