Rockstar Virtual Assistant: Community Manager, Lead Generation & Admin Support

About the Role (5-10 hours / week):
Hey there! ???? We're looking for a proactive, experienced Virtual Assistant who loves social media and building communities! You'll be joining our small, purpose-driven team (just 2 of us right now) to help us create magic through tasks like scheduling posts, engaging with our amazing audience, supporting launches, and keeping our WordPress pages fresh and updated.
You'll be a vital part of helping us focus on strategy and growth while empowering business owners to step into high-end leadership and aligned success. If you've worked with coaches before, love clear instructions and SOPs, but also enjoy bringing your own creative ideas to make things better - we want to hear from you! ????

This Role is Perfect For You If You:
- Have that natural enthusiasm and warmth in your English (both speaking and writing) that shines through on social media
- Bring a joyful, optimistic vibe to everything you do (we love positive energy around here!)
- Rock at time management and staying organized (and actually enjoy it!)
- Have experience as a VA supporting coaches and know your way around social platforms
- Love following instructions to a T while being solution-focused
- Get excited about being part of a growing movement scaling to 7 figures
- Can work 5-10 hours/week (spread over 5 days, sometimes including weekend support during launches)
- Are available during 9:00-18:00 Lisbon Timezone

Your Tech Toolkit Should Include:
- Instagram, Facebook, ActiveCampaign, Canva, WordPress, Slack, Thrivecart, ClickUp
Bonus points if:
- you're skilled in video editing (Capcut/Descript)
- love playing with AI tools like Sintra.ai / ChatGPT & manychat!
- experience managing podcasts (tools like: descript)

What You'll Be Creating With Us:
- Social Media Magic: Posting content, engaging with our community in comments on social media, sending welcome messages + welcoming new FB group members
- Email marketing management: scheduling in posts, preparing automations (no copywriting needed)
- Admin Support: Keeping everything running smoothly with post scheduling, email management, small tasks to support the team + clients, and platform updates
- Process Optimization: Creating SOPs as you do new tasks and making our existing ones even better
- Launch Support: Being our go-to person for quick tasks during exciting launch periods
- Project Support: Depending on your superpowers, you might help with cool projects like relaunching our podcast!
