VA - Cold email outreach

The Listing Boosters is a fast-growing agency specializing in optimizing product listings for Bol.com sellers. We help e-commerce brands maximize their sales potential through better titles, descriptions, and high-converting visuals. To expand our reach, we are looking for a Cold Email Outreach VA who will be responsible for identifying underperforming listings on Bol.com and reaching out to sellers with personalized emails offering our optimization services.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has experience with cold email outreach. This role requires strong research skills, the ability to analyze product listings, and clear communication when reaching out to potential clients.

What You’ll Do
1. Identify poorly optimized product listings on Bol.com (amazon competitor) based on provided niche categories.
2. Research and collect seller contact information from product listings.
3. Log lead details in Google Sheets for tracking and follow-ups.
4. Send personalized cold emails using our pre-written templates.
5. Follow up on initial outreach emails to increase response rates.
6. Maintain a structured workflow and report outreach results weekly.
