We are looking for an Admin Virtual Assistant to join our real estate investment company in San Fran, CA metro area. We buy and sell single-family houses directly from sellers or through brokers.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support the CEO and Transaction Coordinator (TC) with organizing and managing internal documentation related to real estate transactions.
-Call escrow and title companies to gather necessary documents and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
-Track important deadlines and milestones to ensure smooth operations.
-Communicate with tea
-Assist in preparing and reviewing reports for accuracy.
-Maintain detailed records and update files as needed.
-Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
Qualifications:
-1-3 years of proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in real estate.
-Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in managing and organizing documentation.
-Effective deadline management.
-Quick learner, adaptable to new tasks and software.
-Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm PST.

-Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent.
