Urgent: Content Writer

Travelshift, which operates the marketplaces Guide to Iceland, Guide to Europe, Guide to the Philippines, and Iceland Photo Tours, is looking to hire Content Writers/proofreaders to QA and edit our content before it can be published on our platforms. The persons we are looking for can start immediately, are very detail-oriented, and have excellent knowledge of the English language.

Key Responsibilities:

- Copyright, proofreading, and editing content to ensure the greatest reach while content is culturally appropriate.
- SEO optimization, including keyword research.
- Editing content for linguistics issues while reporting and correcting errors.
- Using creative skills to create content.
- Researching and verifying content accuracy.
- Assisting with or performing administrative tasks as necessary.
- Responsible for following a daily service routine that their manager sets.

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with SEO optimization and keyword research.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with both and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
