What You'll Do:
- Monitoring and promptly responding to emails
- Managing MLS searches and updates
- Keeping our CRM system updated
- Scheduling property showings
- Following up on assigned tasks diligently
- Assisting with listing preparations and management
- Handling compliance matters and DocuSign processes
- Managing documents and writing offers
- Gathering signatures and running comparables
- Overseeing contract-to-close procedures

Qualities We're Looking For:

- KW Command
- Google suite (Gmail, Google docs)
- MLS

Working Hours and Compensation:
- Hours: 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday
- Hourly Rate: $5/hr
- Working Hours: Between 9am to 5pm EST

Non-Negotiables:
- Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
- Graveyard Shift (PH time)
