USA Immigration Paralegal

Alexandre Law Firm & Associates is an immigration law firm with two offices in Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, and Orlando, FL. Our main goal is to help our clients achieve their lifelong dreams through personalized strategies that consider the best options for immigration to the United States.

We are currently expanding our team and seeking a creative and detail-oriented full-time Paralegal who is fluent in English (Required) and Portuguese or Chinese Mandarin (Desired). The position is remote.

Please note we have listed the requirements below:
Experience as Immigration Paralegal, specifically in EB cases
Ability to manage a high volume of cases
Strong research, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong writing skills
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
Able to work well under pressure and deadlines
Fluency in English and Portuguese
Day to day:
Legal research
Draft legal documents, reports, and letters
Correspond with clients and assist them in gathering evidence
Fill out immigration forms
Prepare packages to be sent to immigration
Communicate with USCIS
Organize files electronically
