US Insurance CSR

Access Insurance Underwriters is seeking an experienced Auto Shop Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

The ideal candidate has prior insurance industry experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Communicate with repair shops, insurance carriers, and customers
- Provide claim and repair status updates
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform administrative and data entry tasks

Qualifications
- US Insurance industry experience required
- Auto insurance or claims experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient with computers and web-based systems
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
