U.S. Accountant - CPA - Property Management - CINC Specialist

3+ years of bookkeeping experience, CPA preferred, audit experience preferred

-*MUST HAVE Extensive Experience with CINC and/or AppFolio software, or some other real estate property management software

- Experience with accounts payables and accounts receivable

- Experience with Google Sheets and other Google products

- Ability to multitask and collaborate with multiple teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on entering & correcting data

- Fluent english and good communication skills
