URGENT HIRING - Multimedia Artist – Video Editor & Social Media Specialist

Draye Redfern, founder of Fractional CMO and Redfern Media, is ramping up his social media presence and looking for a highly skilled Multimedia Artist to bring his content to life. This role is video-first, requiring expertise in video editing for engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, etc.), with graphic design as a secondary skill.

If you've successfully helped a personality brand grow through visually compelling, high-performing video content, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do:
> Video Editing (Primary)

Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Apply fast cuts, captions, transitions, and engaging effects to maximize retention
Repurpose long-form content into highly engaging clips
Social Media Video Strategy & Execution

Stay updated with trends and best practices for video engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
Work closely with Draye and the team to execute a cohesive content strategy
Optimize video formats, aspect ratios, and thumbnails for each platform

> Graphic Design (Secondary)

Create compelling visuals for social media, including carousel posts, story graphics, and thumbnails
Design branded templates that maintain a consistent aesthetic

What We’re Looking For:
? Proven experience working with a personality brand, helping them grow their social presence
? Strong portfolio of engaging short-form video edits and graphics for social media
? Understanding of what makes Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn content go viral
? Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, Canva, or Photoshop
? Ability to think creatively and craft storytelling-driven content
? Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn social media management
