Are you a Go High Level (GHL) Certified expert with experience in building high-converting funnels, automation, and CRM optimization? Do you have leadership skills and a strategic mindset for scaling businesses through automation? If so, we want you to lead our team!

About Us:
At CEO Sidekicks, we specialize in helping businesses automate and scale using Go High Level (GHL). We’re looking for a GHL Certified Team Lead to oversee funnel creation, CRM management, and workflow automation while managing a high-performance team.

Responsibilities:
Lead & Manage a team of GHL specialists, ensuring project efficiency and client satisfaction.
Design, Build & Optimize Sales Funnels including landing pages, upsells, and lead nurturing sequences.
Create & Manage Automations using GHL workflows, triggers, and campaigns to streamline operations.
Oversee CRM & Pipeline Optimization, ensuring leads are effectively tracked and converted.
Develop Marketing Campaigns using email, SMS, and inbound automation strategies within GHL.
Troubleshoot & Optimize GHL features, ensuring seamless execution and integration with other tools.
Train & Mentor teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on GHL best practices, funnel strategy, and marketing automation.
Client Communication & Strategy, working closely with clients to tailor GHL solutions to their business needs.
Requirements:
? Go High Level Certified (mandatory)
? 2+ years of experience in GHL, funnel building, CRM management, or marketing automation
? Proven experience in building, testing, and optimizing high-converting funnels
? Strong expertise in automations, workflows, pipelines, and lead nurturing sequences
? Leadership experience, managing teams or projects in a fast-paced environment
? Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
? Knowledge of Zapier, API integrations, Webhooks is a plus
