The Role
We’re looking for an Email Automation & CRM Specialist with deep expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) to build, optimize, and troubleshoot email automation, CRM workflows, and backend integrations. You’ll play a critical role in improving email deliverability, system efficiency, and integrations across various platforms.

What You’ll Do
? Email Automation & Deliverability – Build and optimize email sequences, fix deliverability issues, and improve domain reputation.
? CRM & API Integrations – Set up and manage workflows, pipelines, and integrations (Keap, GHL, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, Smartlead).
? Technical Fixes & Optimization – Troubleshoot automation issues, fix CRM errors, and improve system efficiency.
? DNS & Email Authentication – Manage SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS settings, and hosting configurations for email security and performance.

What You Need to Succeed
? 3+ years of experience in email automation, CRM management, or API integrations.
? Expert-level knowledge in GoHighLevel (GHL) – non-negotiable.
? Strong expertise in Keap, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, and Smartlead.
? Advanced understanding of email authentication, DNS management, and deliverability best practices.
? Problem-solving mindset – you can troubleshoot and fix complex technical issues without breaking a sweat.
