UK Digital Marketing PPC Specialist - Google Ads Expert

Are you a talented PPC Specialist ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our growing Marketing Department.
This is an In-house position where you will have the chance to enhance and optimize traffic across our multiple websites and impact our business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Drive and manage core PPC KPIs for one of our primary business areas.
• Create a wide range of campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax) across various advertising platforms, in-line with our business objectives.
• Analyze the data from these campaigns, making strategic decisions on how to improve our PPC activities.
• Continually optimise the performance of our campaigns to ensure we are reaching our key KPIs.
• Report insights and trends to the wider marketing and trading teams.
• Participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders to communicate performance.


Ideal Candidate Profile:
• A proactive self-starter focused on continuous improvement.
• Google Ads and Analytics certified with at least 3 years of hands-on experience (evidence required).
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics.
• Confident in all aspects of PPC and familiar with various campaign types.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data, develop strategies to improve performance, and report findings.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.


Additional Skills:
• Experience with social media and LinkedIn advertising
• Familiarity with Google Data Studio or Power BI.
• Experience with Marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay.
