JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to develop the user interface and experience for our Athletic Sports Management Web Software. The designer will be responsible for creating a visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive design that aligns with our branding guide. This role requires strong attention to detail, an understanding of web-based application design, and the ability to work within a 4-week timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design at least 100 pages for the web-based software, excluding modals.
- Ensure all designs adhere to our branding guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity.
- Develop an intuitive and engaging user experience tailored for athletes, coaches, and administrators.
- Optimize navigation and layout to improve usability and interaction.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to refine designs based on feedback.
- Assess the work required during the initial interview to finalize the project scope.
- Deliver a detailed proposal within 3 days of hiring.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for web applications.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Ability to work efficiently within a 4-week deadline.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
- Ability to dictate a rate per page for any additional work beyond the initial 100 pages.
