UI/UX Designer

I'm looking for a full-time UI/UX designer to assist us with a software platform we've created. We are looking for a strong THINKER who wants to know everything about the market are serving and how our technology works. our platform has multiple Modules and we require a person to bring the entire vision together graphically for a two-fold purpose: 1) Guide our sales and marketing messaging, 2) guide our product teams. I'm looking for a great English communicator with expertise in taking complex business issues and converting it to easy to understand visualizations.
