UGC Video Creator (TikTok & Instagram)

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy UGC Video Creator to produce engaging short-form content for TikTok and Instagram. This role is perfect for someone who understands social media trends, AI-powered content creation, and how to create scroll-stopping videos that drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities
-Create engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels using AI-generated content, UGC-style videos, and trend-driven formats.
-Develop video concepts, hooks, scripts, and storylines that align with our brand and target audience.
-Use AI tools for scriptwriting, avatar creation, video generation, image generation, and editing.
-Maintain a consistent AI avatar, voice, and brand identity across all social media accounts and content formats.
-Generate original prompts for AI image, video, and avatar creation rather than relying solely on pre-made templates.
-Edit short-form videos with captions, transitions, music, effects, graphics, and strong calls-to-action optimized for social media performance.
-Repurpose content into multiple variations for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
-Stay current on platform trends, viral formats, sounds, and algorithm updates to maximize reach and engagement.
-Create product-focused content featuring lifestyle, parenting, home, educational, and consumer product recommendations.
-Maintain organized content workflows and consistently meet production deadlines.

Qualifications
-1+ years of experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or UGC-style content.
-Experience building and maintaining a consistent AI influencer or AI avatar across multiple social media platforms.
-Strong proficiency with AI tools for video creation, editing, voiceovers, image generation, avatar creation, and scripting.
-Experience using platforms such as Higgsfield, Seedance, Runway, Canva, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.
-Ability to write effective prompts for AI-generated images, videos, avatars, and social media content.
-Strong understanding of social media trends, audience retention strategies, and short-form content best practices.
-Excellent video editing, storytelling, communication, and organizational skills.
-Experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, digital products, social media marketing, or content publishing is highly preferred.
-Must have own AI tools to produce content
