Position Overview:
As a UGC Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be the bridge between our creative team and content creators, ensuring smooth execution of projects from start to finish. Your role is essential in maintaining an efficient workflow and ensuring the Creative Strategist’s vision is executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source UGC Creators
- Handle Creator Communication and Negotiation
- Develop Creative Briefs and Shot List based on the script written by the Creative Strategist
- Project Management
Requirements:
- Experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a creative or digital marketing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in negotiating and managing external relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp.
- Familiarity with creative workflows and asset management.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with content creators or freelancers.
