I’m looking for a highly organized person who can help me memorize and learn Sales Psychology Framework used in remote closing/sales. Pay is $3 USD per hour paid weekly. 5 days per week.. Full transparency I only need to hire 1 person and I will hire the person who is willing to be available most days. Someone willing to work Saturday and Sunday is a must. This is a gig. Once I have learned the entire sales process that will conclude the job. A rough estimate is that this will take a few weeks or up to 2 months.

Please do not apply if your wanting full time reliable job. This may only last for a number of weeks - 2 months. Will be a great opportunity for someone in between jobs. I will be making a hiring decision in a matter of 1 week. Must be willing to have video camera on during interview and day to day during work. Your English must be great. Being able to start within a couple of days is a must. I will not consider anyone who needs multiple weeks notice. Again not for everyone. I won't hide what this is.

A teacher with experience working with Young adults or adults with ADHD is a plus.

You’ll guide me through learning using repetition, quizzes, role-play, and daily practice sessions.

Responsibilities:

Read, understand, quiz me on the PDF documents I will send you to help me memorize, understand internalize the information

Create daily quizzes/tests

Role-play as a prospect using the actual objections.

Track my progress and design study drills

Be patient and supportive with ADHD-style learning (breaks, re-explaining, motivation).

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English.

Experience in sales training, appointment setting, or teaching.

Reliable internet + quiet workspace.

Comfortable being on camera for 8 hours daily.

Pay:

$3 USD per hour. This is not a salary position. Pay is dependent on hours worked.
