We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy assistant who can support both client operations and marketing execution.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is both detail-oriented and creative. You will assist with client follow-ups, CRM updates, ClickUp task management, social media scheduling, graphic design, video editing,
This is a part-time independent contractor position with room to grow.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Support
Manage inbox organization and basic client follow-ups
Update client records in CRM systems
Track client forms, payment dates, travel documents, and deadlines
Fully manage all projects, tasks, checklists, etc. in ClickUp
Prepare trip documents and client-facing materials
Assist with supplier follow-ups
Track pre-trip checklist items
Organize files and digital assets
Marketing & Content Support
Create graphics using brand templates
Schedule social media posts
Edit short-form videos and reels
Format
Assist with MailerLite and/or GHL campaigns and automations
Support Go HighLevel funnels, workflows, and pipelines
Upload and format blog posts in WordPress
Assist with campaign promotions and content calendars
Help organize brand assets and marketing materials
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong written communication
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Edits, etc.
Experience with social media content
Comfortable with CRM tools and project management systems
Ability to create and follow SOPs
Highly organized
Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems
Strongly Preferred
Go HighLevel experience
ClickUp expert level experience
MailerLite experience
WordPress experience
Travel industry experience

Basic video editing skills

Important Note
This role requires both organization and creativity. You do not need to be an expert in every tool, but you must be comfortable learning systems, following instructions, and managing deadlines.
Hours
8 to 10 hours per week to start. 12-15 hours per week with pre approval during campaign launches and promotions.
