Training Specialist – Remote | E-Commerce Industry

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company dedicated to building world-class customer service teams. As our Training Specialist, you’ll play a key role in equipping our team with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.

What You’ll Do:
--Lead virtual training sessions via Zoom, covering company policies, tools, and industry best practices (expect to be on camera 50-70% of the time).
--Conduct engaging onboarding sessions for new hires and assess their readiness.
--Deliver one-on-one and group training on advanced topics such as email marketing, SEO, e-commerce website management, data analysis, and customer service.
--Develop and refine training materials tailored to team needs.
--Collaborate with leadership to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:
--1-2 years of experience in training or a similar role.
--Background in virtual assistance is a plus.
--Proficiency in at least two of the following: email marketing, e-commerce website management, or data analytics/reporting.
--Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and related tools.
--Strong communication and organizational skills.
--Ability to coach and inspire teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
--Familiarity with Canva, Trainual, and Loom is a plus.
--Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Technical Requirements:
--A personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent).
--Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps (upload & download).
