Title Agent Processor

We are seeking an experienced title processor to support our closing staff.

The objective for this position is to support the closer in preparing the file for the in person meeting and signing of paperwork.

The duties include file setup and entry, municipal lien searching, title search review, and commitment drafting, document drafting, and property research.
