Job Description:
We are seeking a highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated TikTok Assistant to support our content creation and reposting efforts. This part-time role requires excellent English reading and writing skills to understand, organize, and rewrite video scripts with the same tonality and style as the original content.
The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently without constant check-ins or micromanagement. Familiarity with TikTok trends and tools like Notion, ChatGPT, Canva, and CapCut is essential for success in this role.
Bonus points if you are knowledgeable about skincare and beauty trends (e.g., popular Korean skincare products and the benefits of specific ingredients) or if you have a strong ability to conduct basic fact research on the internet.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Inspiration & Organization:
1. Content Research:
- Analyze resources provided for content inspiration (details shared during onboarding).
- Review TikTok/YouTube videos, articles, and trends to generate content ideas.
- Conduct basic fact research to ensure content is accurate, particularly for campaigns in categories like skincare and wellness.
2. Database Management:
- Use Notion to document and organize content ideas.
- Extract and rewrite TikTok video scripts, maintaining the original tone and style.
- Break scripts into Hook ? Body ? CTA format and organize them into swipe files with proper documentation.
- Use our in-house ChatGPT tool to streamline the process.
3. Script Preparation:
- Utilize tools like ChatGPT to refine and rewrite scripts while keeping the tone authentic.
- Ensure content ideas are clear, engaging, and aligned with the campaign objectives.
Content Reposting:
1. Content Handling:
- Download videos from provided resources for reposting (details shared during onboarding).
- Use a U.S.-based VPN to repost content across designated social media platforms.
