Technical VA for Development Team/ Project Managers

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Website Maintenance and Content Specialist to join our team. This role involves ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of our client websites, while also creating and managing engaging content.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve issues affecting functionality and performance.
2. Test website features and plugins to guarantee optimal operation.
3. Monitor website analytics and generate comprehensive reports on traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics.
4. Provide first-line technical support for website-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
5. Create, format, and upload blog posts, pages, images, and other content according to established guidelines.
6. Collaborate with developers to implement content changes efficiently and accurately.
7. Execute client-specific website modifications and updates as directed.
8. Maintain meticulous documentation of client requests, changes, and project timelines.
9. Foster close collaboration with the development team to ensure seamless integration of content and design.
10. Provide clear and actionable feedback to developers on client requirements and design preferences.
11. Google Ads Management
Qualifications:

Proven experience in website maintenance and content management.
Strong understanding of website architecture, content management systems (CMS), and web development principles.
Proficiency in using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), google ads.
Proficient with Wordpress / Elementor Builder
Excellent written and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus.
