Technical Tracking & Attribution Specialist (Meta, Google, GTM, CAPI)
We're looking for a highly technical tracking specialist to own and improve our measurement infrastructure across Meta and Google.
This is not a media buying role.
We need someone who understands attribution, tracking architecture, server-side tracking, conversion APIs, and debugging complex tracking issues.
You'll be responsible for ensuring our data is accurate, reliable, and actionable so our marketing team can make decisions with confidence.
What you'll be working on:
* Meta Pixel implementation and management
* Meta Conversions API (CAPI)
* Meta Signals Gateway
* Google Tag Manager (GTM)
* Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
* Google Ads conversion tracking
* Cross-domain tracking
* CRM integrations
* Event mapping and deduplication
* Attribution troubleshooting
* Tracking audits
* New website and funnel tracking setups
* Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of tracking systems
Requirements:
* Advanced GTM experience
* Strong GA4 implementation experience
* Experience implementing Meta Pixel and CAPI
* Experience with server-side tracking
* Experience with Signals Gateway or Server GTM
* Strong understanding of attribution and conversion tracking
* Experience debugging tracking discrepancies
* Experience working with Shopify, landing pages, and lead generation funnels
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent English communication
Nice to have:
* Experience with Stape
* Experience with Zapier
* Experience with CRM integrations
* Experience with lead generation businesses
* Experience with high-volume Meta advertising accounts

Hours:
Part-time initially (10-20 hours/week)
