The Role

The Technical Systems Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our operational systems from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating organized, efficient, and effective systems that enhance team collaboration and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

System Development: Build and configure management systems including CRM, Upgrade to see actual info, and Slack to suit the unique needs of our business.
Integration and Optimization: Seamlessly integrate these platforms to ensure they work together and enhance data flow and team communication.
Training and Support: Develop user guides and provide training to staff to ensure optimal use of new systems.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the systems, ensuring they are always running smoothly.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate system performance and make adjustments to processes and tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
Desired Skills and Experience

Proven experience in setting up and managing systems like CRM, Upgrade to see actual info, and Slack.
Strong technical background with an ability to understand and implement complex systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical details in a simple and clear manner.
