JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a Technical Support Specialist to support a fast-growing AI healthcare platform.

This is not a call center or customer service role. We're looking for someone who can investigate issues, work with SQL and internal tools, and partner directly with engineers to resolve problems.

What You'll Do
• Troubleshoot user and production issues
• Investigate problems using SQL and internal systems
• Work closely with engineering teams
• Manage user onboarding and access requests
• Own issues from start to finish

What We're Looking For
• 2+ years in Technical Support, Support Engineering, or SaaS Support
• Comfortable using SQL
• Strong written English
• Organized and proactive
• Experience working with software products

Nice to Have
• SaaS, AI, startup, or healthcare tech experience
• API or integration experience
