Job Title: Technical Support Specialist (Banking & Financial Services)
Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $4/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in technical support to assist customers with banking and financial inquiries. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support for payouts, transaction troubleshooting, and financial-related concerns. A solid understanding of banking processes, financial systems, and customer service is essential.
During low call volume periods, the specialist will be tasked with researching and downloading videos as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for banking and financial transactions
Assist customers with payout inquiries, transaction issues, and financial troubleshooting
Ensure timely and accurate responses to financial support requests
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalate complex cases as needed
Adhere to company policies and financial regulations
During slow hours, assist with researching and downloading videos

Qualifications & Skills

Technical support background with experience in banking, fintech, or financial services
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with video research and downloading is a plus
