Job Summary:
We are seeking a Part-Time Technical Recruiter to join our growing staffing agency and support the hiring needs of startup and high-growth clients. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for a wide range of technical and professional positions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful recruiter with experience identifying top talent across software development, engineering, design, automation, accounting, and other specialized roles. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable managing multiple openings simultaneously, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to both candidates and clients.

This is a remote, part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow alongside a dynamic and expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
Work with the team to understand technical hiring requirements.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and professional platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Do technical interviews with hiring teams.
Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in recruiting technical professionals.
Understanding of technical skills required for the position
Experience using recruiting tools.
Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize effectively.

Knowledge of hiring methodologies.
Experience with sourcing platforms
