We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an IT Tech Recruiter , you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and evaluating top-tier technical talent to meet the company's staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the technical requirements of various positions and develop effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.


What you'll need to do…

- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand technical hiring needs.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to identify and engage top technical talent.
- Conduct thorough research to identify new sources for potential candidates.
- Initiate and manage communication with potential candidates, conveying the company's value proposition and opportunities.
- Evaluate technical resumes and profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)


What you have...

- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of technical roles, skills, and the IT industry.
