JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT SENIORVERSE
Seniorverse is a dynamic startup dedicated to transforming the senior care industry by providing innovative software and operational solutions tailored for adult daycare operators. Our mission is to responsibly serve seniors, their families, and the public good by empowering adult daycare providers with cutting-edge technology to deliver cost-effective, high-quality, and accessible senior care.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to bring organization, clarity, and ---------- ntum to how we build the Seniorverse platform. You will own our product development process end to end: managing our Notion-based ticketing system, maintaining the feature roadmap, and triaging bugs and customer requests so the engineering team always knows what to build next and why.

This is a hands-on, technical, and AI-forward role. You won’t just write specs. You’ll dig into the platform’s data model and APIs, use AI tools to rapidly build working prototypes, put them in front of customers, gather tangible feedback, and refine requirements before anything reaches engineering. You’ll sit at the intersection of our engineering team, implementation team, and customers, translating between all three with equal fluency. The ideal candidate is genuinely technical: comfortable reading code and API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and engaging engineers in detailed discussions about feasibility, trade-offs, and implementation approach. A background in software engineering or hands-on technical work is a strong advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Roadmap & Backlog Management
• Own and manage the product ticketing system in Notion, keeping it organized, prioritized, and current
• Plan and maintain the roadmap of future platform features in collaboration with leadership and engineering
• Triage incoming bugs, customer requests, and small enhancements; balance short-term fixes against long-term roadmap priorities
• Write clear, technically detailed tickets with well-defined acceptance criteria that engineers can execute without ambiguity

2) AI-Powered Prototyping & Discovery
• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or similar) to rapidly build clickable prototypes and proof-of-concepts
• Walk customers through prototypes to gather feedback before engineering investment
• Iterate quickly on prototypes based on customer input, then translate validated designs into engineering-ready specifications
• Stay current on AI tooling and continuously bring new techniques into our product development workflow

3) Technical Collaboration with Engineering
• Engage deeply with the engineering team on architecture, data models, integrations, and technical trade-offs
• Understand the platform at a systems level, including how features interact with our backend services, database, and third-party integrations
• Help assess technical feasibility and effort during roadmap planning
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release reviews as the voice of the customer and the product

4) Cross-Functional & Customer Communication
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, implementation, and customers
• Speak directly with adult day center operators and staff to understand workflows, pain points, and feature requests
• Partner with the implementation team to ensure new features land smoothly with customers and feedback loops back into the roadmap
• Communicate release plans, timelines, and trade-offs clearly to internal teams and customers

QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience in technical product management, software engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar role at a software company (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to build prototypes or accelerate product work. This is a must-have, and we’ll ask you to show examples
• Strong technical fluency: able to read code, work with REST APIs, understand relational and NoSQL data models, and hold credible conversations with engineers about feasibility, architecture, and trade-offs
• Hands-on engineering experience (even from earlier in your career) is a strong plus; familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node.js, or AWS is a bonus given our stack
• Excellent written and spoken English; confident speaking directly with US-based customers on video calls
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; you enjoy bringing structure to chaos
• Experience managing a ticketing/backlog system (Notion, Jira, Linear, or similar)
• Availability for significant overlap with US Central Time business hours
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience in healthcare, senior care, or other regulated industries a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Competitive salary based on experience and location
• Paid Time Off
• Fully remote role as an independent contractor

• In your message, include:
1) A brief explanation of why this role is a good fit for your skills and experience
2) One specific example of a prototype or proof-of-concept you've built using AI tools (please include a link, screenshot, or short recording if possible, along with which tools you used)
3) Your experience managing a ticketing or backlog system (Notion, Jira, Linear, or similar)
4) A copy of your resume
5) Confirmation that you are available to work *Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) or Pacific Time (PT)*
