JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will provide support for technical issues related to cloud services, infrastructure, and software automation.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide technical support for customers on cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
-Troubleshoot issues related to Virtual Machines, network administration, and IT compliance.
-Offer support for applications built on Docker, Retool, Zapier, and N8n.
-Assist with LLM Agent training and provide insights on AI models.
-Work on IT process improvements and assist in developing IT strategies.
-Handle problem-solving and resolution for technical issues in cloud environments (S3, EC2, etc.).
-Develop and manage SQL and NoSQL databases to support customer needs.
-Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with security protocols, especially in Azure Security.
-Train and guide customers on using technical tools and platforms efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

-Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.
-Hands-on experience with Virtual Machines, AWS, and services like S3 and EC2.
-Familiarity with Docker, Retool, Zapier, and N8n for workflow automation.
-Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
-Experience in DevOps practices and related tools.
-Knowledge of IT compliance, network administration, and IT security (with a focus on Azure Security).
-Strong aptitude for problem-solving and IT process improvements.
-Familiarity with Python for AI models and LLM Agent training.
-Demonstrated ability in IT strategy development and training.

-Ability to break down technical concepts and explain them to non-technical users.
-Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly and efficiently.
-A customer-centric mindset, focusing on delivering solutions in a timely manner.
