To support our amazing Marketing & Brand Manager, we're looking for a superstar Tech Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our remote team!

In this role, you'll be a technical mastermind, seamlessly tackling tasks like:

Marketing Automation Mastery: Streamline processes with Zapier, Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, and other marketing software.
Domain & Funnel Wizardry: Effortlessly manage domain connections, DNS records, and end-to-end funnel setups (Clickfunnels, Kajabi, etc.).
Product Creation Power: Assist with product setup, link integrations, and streamlined checkout processes.
Task Management Guru: Keep our systems running smoothly using Upgrade to see actual info.
Client Support Hero: Monitor team inboxes, resolve client issues (refunds, tech questions, etc.) and ensure timely communication.
Tech-Savvy Communicator: Collaborate effectively with the Marketing & Brand Manager and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to solve problems and ensure client success.

To rock this role, you'll bring:

Proven experience with marketing automation tools, funnels, and the platforms on our must-have list (Kajabi, Clickfunnels, Stripe, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, Upgrade to see actual info, etc.)
Strong understanding of domain connections, DNS records, and how they integrate with our marketing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client needs and satisfaction.
A passion for problem-solving and a detail-oriented approach.
Ability to multitask and collaborate with a dynamic team.
