Tech Support Cebu Based

We are seeking for a technical support to join our team in the office in Cebu and assist in responding to email, chat or phone calls from customer questions.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Basic computer skills
- Must have basic knowledge of LAN and WiFi setups.
- Troubleshooting skills
- Must have Customer Service and Customer Relations skills.
- Proficient in English, verbal and written (A MUST, no way around it).
- Good work ethic with the ability to always be learning.

You will report to the office, US daytime hours (graveyard shift), not a gig or a project but a full-time job. The office is near Ayala Center Cebu.
