Tech-Savvy Virtual Assistant / IT Support (Full-Time)

Home Genie is hiring a sharp, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who is genuinely great with computers. This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who learns fast, solves problems independently, and loves figuring out how things work.

What you'll do:
- Provide general IT and tech support (troubleshooting software and hardware issues)
- Set up, configure, and manage apps, tools, and online accounts
- Build and maintain simple automations to save time
- Handle data entry, file organization, and digital admin tasks
- Research and quickly learn new software and tools as needed

What we're looking for:
- Strong general computer fluency and a genuine "techie" mindset
- Excellent written English and clear communication
- A reliable computer and stable internet connection
- A problem-solver who can work independently and figure things out
- Available full-time during agreed working hours

Details:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Rate: $4.50 USD per hour
- 100% remote / work from home
- Long-term position with room to grow
