We're looking for an engaging and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a sourcing and recruitment specialist.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing for the best talents based on the role provided.
- Screening through the applicants that apply to our positions to identify the top potential candidates for each role.
- Administering assessments, and answering questions professionally via video interviews and
- Summarizing each candidate list for hiring managers to review and interview.
- Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing talents carefully and accepting or rejecting candidates based on application outcome.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in recruitment, especially with sourcing and screening for talent.
- Clear understanding of roles in technology, marketing, and design.
- Ability to assess other people's strength's and weaknesses in an efficient manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with software tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Asana and ability to pick up new tools.
