* Proven experience in recruitment or customer success roles—MUST.
* Demonstrated success working in a fully remote environment—MUST.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team and candidate interactions.
* Independent, detail-focused, and self-motivated with strong follow-through.
* Comfortable using Google Sheets and Canva.
* Quick to adapt to new systems and changing workflows.
