Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the HR Director

SALARY: $4 to $6
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for recurring roles.
- Collaborate with the HR Director on employer branding initiatives.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
