Expert ability to read Structural and Architectural plans
Minimum 2 years experience in Bluebeam Revu
Minimum 2 years Excel experience
Moderate to Expert Understanding of Wood Framing and Structural Steel
Fluent in English
Ability to compile Data to prepare detailed a cost analysis
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Exceptional time management skills
