We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our Tik Tok Shop customers. The ideal candidate is responsive, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling customer inquiries, orders, returns, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat and
Assist with order tracking, returns, refunds, and exchanges
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Manage orders and customer information through Shopify
Communicate with tea
Escalate complex issues when needed and ensure timely follow-up
Requirements:
1+ year of customer service experience
Experience with TikTok Shop and Shopify MUST
Strong written English communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using Slack, Google Workspace, and online support tools
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
