Job Description:
We are looking for individuals who will be a great fit with our culture, values, and performance drive. Attention to detail is a must, as is a high degree of communication with our CEO. If you are boring, grumpy, or anti-social, this is definitely not the job for you! We are a dynamic company looking for someone who can “hit the ground running” and provide immediate backend business support in programs to streamline processes and systems. This includes troubleshooting existing systems, system migration, and building out new systems due to growth.
Responsibilities:
• Provide backend business support to streamline processes and systems.
• Troubleshoot and migrate existing systems.
• Build out new systems to accommodate growth.
• Maintain high levels of communication with the CEO.
• Uphold the company’s values and culture.
Requirements:
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills are a must, as the ability to catch grammatical errors will be important.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong familiarity with the following systems DESIRED:
1) Ontraport
2) Acuity
3) Zoom
4) Trello
5) Microsoft Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6) Google Suite (Sheets & Calendar)
7) Asana
8) Adobe
9) Stripe
10) Go High Level
• Great at talking to people.
• Amazing team player and willing to work hard for team goals as well as individual goals.
• Bring a fun, positive attitude to our meetings.
• Able and willing to work on different client accounts.
• Detail-oriented and able to keep accurate records.
• Comfortable working in a CRM.
• Highly dependable. This is a tight-knit team, and everyone has to pull their weight.
• Able to consistently hit deadlines
• Ability to work during appropriate US hours, as you will be working nights (10-4 pm U.S. Pacific time).
