Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled T-Shirt Designer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas and innovative designs to life, helping to shape the visual identity of our apparel. Familiarity with Printify is a must, as you will be creating designs specifically for production through this platform.

Key Responsibilities
Develop original, unique t-shirt designs that align with Agility Labs LLC’s brand vision and audience.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to conceptualize and finalize design ideas.
Prepare high-quality design mockups and production-ready files for Printify.
Utilize Printify's platform to upload designs, configure product settings, and ensure designs meet printing specifications.
Research current market trends and incorporate them into designs to stay competitive.
Ensure designs meet quality standards for various printing methods, including screen printing and direct-to-garment (DTG).
Revise designs based on feedback to achieve the final desired results.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Requirements
Proven experience in graphic or t-shirt design with a strong portfolio showcasing apparel designs.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Hands-on experience with Printify, including uploading designs and configuring product options.
Understanding of printing methods, including screen printing and DTG, and their technical requirements.
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent creativity and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling designs.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for specific niches or markets, such as branded merchandise, religious themes, or pop culture.
Familiarity with other print-on-demand platforms and production processes.
Knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to incorporate them into design work.
