JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are looking for a System Administrator & IT Support Executive to manage our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, CRM, and other software tools used for marketing automation, sales, and lead management. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation, security, and optimization of our IT systems, providing technical support and troubleshooting for our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Cloud PC etc.).
- Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, automation, and user management.
- Administer marketing automation tools and ensure smooth integration with CRM.
- Troubleshoot IT issues related to software, cloud applications, and network connectivity.
- Optimize system performance and implement security best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to internal users.
- Assist in evaluating and onboarding new software tools for business operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience managing Microsoft 365, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel), and marketing automation tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cloud-based software, integrations, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
