JOB OVERVIEW

Summary/Objective:
The primary objective of the Swords Salesman role is to identify and engage new leads and prospects, converting them into loyal customers through multiple channels, with a particular focus on social media. Success in this role will play a crucial part in developing a steady and sustainable income stream for Ran-Zo, making it a key position during the company's formative growth phase.

Responsibilities & Duties:

? Convert Leads into Customers:
1. Develop strategies to engage and nurture leads, ensuring they progress through the sales funnel.
2. Utilize persuasive techniques and follow-up strategies to convert prospects into committed customers.

? Identify and Pursue New Leads and Prospects:
1. Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking opportunities.
2. Maintain a pipeline of potential customers and actively pursue new business opportunities.

? Develop and Sustain a Growing Income Stream:
1. Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.

? Track and Document Sales Activities:
1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status.
2. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for review by management.

? Manage Social Media Accounts:
1. Create and execute social media campaigns to generate leads and
increase brand visibility.
2. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive online
presence.

? Drive Sales through Events and Pop-Ups:
1. Plan and execute sales strategies for events and pop-ups, including product displays, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
2. Evaluate the effectiveness of events and pop-ups and adjust strategies as needed.

Key Responsibilities and KPIs:

? Lead Conversion and Income Generation:
1. Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into customers.
2. Revenue Growth: Increase in monthly or quarterly sales revenue.
3. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Cost associated with acquiring each new customer.

? Sales Tracking and Documentation:
1. Sales Accuracy: Accuracy of sales data and documentation.
2. Timeliness of Reporting: Frequency and punctuality of sales reports submitted to management.

? Social Media Management:
1. Engagement Rate: Level of interaction (likes, shares, comments) on social media posts.
2. Lead Generation: Number of leads generated through social media
campaigns.
3. Conversion Rate from Social Media: Percentage of social media leads that
become customers.

? Event and Pop-Up Sales Performance:
1. Event Sales: Total sales generated during events and pop-ups.
2. Customer Engagement: Number of interactions and inquiries at events.
3. Post-Event Follow-Up Success: Effectiveness of follow-up actions with leads generated from events.
? Overall Performance Metrics:
1. Achievement of Sales Targets: Percentage of sales targets met or
exceeded.
2. Customer Satisfaction: Feedback and satisfaction levels from customers.
3. Market Penetration: Growth in market share or customer base within targeted segments.

Skills/Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred to ensure a strong foundation in business principles.
2. 5-7 years of experience in sales.
3. Charismatic and persuasive, with the ability to engage and influence potential customers effectively.
4. Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
5. Genuine interest in anime and swords to connect with the target audience and represent the brand authentically.
6. Capability to deadlift a minimum of 180 kg and bench press a minimum of 100 kg, demonstrating physical fitness and resilience.
7. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage sales records, track performance metrics, and ensure accuracy.
8. Collaborative approach to working with colleagues and stakeholders, contributing positively to team dynamics.
9. Insightful and perceptive, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and market trends.
10. High levels of enthusiasm and persistence, maintaining motivation and performance even in the face of challenges.
11. Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convince and motivate prospects.
12. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
13. Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on evolving market conditions, customer feedback, and company goals.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
This is a full-time position. Standard business hours apply, with occasional weekend or evening work as needed for project requirements.

Reporting Relationships:
The Swords Salesman reports directly to the CEO and will work closely with
stakeholders across various functions.
