**Position:** Community Manager - Payment Solutions Specialist
**Availability:** 7 Days a Week
**Response Time:** Must respond to messages within 12 hours

### Key Responsibilities:
- **Community Engagement & Support:** Manage and engage with our
- **Payment Processor Expertise:** Offer guidance on setting up and managing payment gateways like Stripe, PayPal, and others, as well as resolving payment disputes, chargebacks, and holds.
- **Industry Knowledge:** Stay updated on the latest payment processing trends, regulations, and available providers, specifically in Europe, to offer up-to-date advice to the community.
- **Documentation Support:** Edit and format PDFs or guides to provide clear, actionable insights into payment system optimization.
- **Collaboration & Strategy:** Work with our internal team to create strategies that help community members streamline their payment systems for maximum efficiency and compliance.
### Required Skills and Experience:
- **Payment Processing Expertise:** Strong understanding of Stripe and other payment providers, including how payment holds, disputes, and settlements work.
- **European Payment Providers:** Familiarity with payment options available in Europe, including compliance and regulations.
- **
- **PDF & Document Editing:** Ability to create and edit professional documents for sharing payment-related knowledge.
- **Basic Graphic Design:** Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or similar tools to create basic graphics and guides.
- **Availability:** Must be available 7 days a week, with the ability to respond to inquiries within 12 hours.
### Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in navigating payment processing challenges.
- Knowledge of multiple payment platforms and options.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
