Supply Chain for BKYD

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products and materials across the supply chain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and optimize logistics processes. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain organized systems will be essential to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Coordinate shipments with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
Track inventory levels and work with warehouse teams to optimize storage and reduce stockouts or overstock.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners.
Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
Prepare reports on supply chain performance and assist in forecasting and budgeting.
Resolve any supply chain disruptions or delays in a timely manner.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management (preferred).
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
